PACFA - Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia is a peak body for Member Associations which meet the standards developed as appropriate for professional practitioners within the disciplines of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
ACRC – Australian College of Relationship Counsellors is dedicated to advancing the practice of Relationship Counselling in Australia and to raising awareness in the community of the benefits of Relationship Counselling. We are working to raise the status and profile of Relationship Counselling in Australia and to provide representation, support, guidance, professional standards and development for those who practice as Relationship Counsellors.
CCAA - Christian Counsellors Association of Australia provides professional registration for counsellors at Graduate and Clinical levels. It also provides networking and a range of professional development programs including state and national conferences.
ARCAP - The Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists is a company established by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the Australian Counselling Association as an independent, national register of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. All practitioners listed on the ARCAP Register have completed professional qualifications in counselling or psychotherapy, meet ongoing professional development requirements and have clinical supervision of their practice to ensure they provide a quality service to clients and abide by the ethical guidelines of the profession.
APC - Association of Personal Counsellors is a professional association dedicated to the promotion and support of counselling. Membership is open to all Christian counsellors who seek to integrate their understanding of faith with clinical practice.
ACA - Australian Counselling Association is Australia’s largest single registration body for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. ACA serves a crucial role in advocating and advancing the profession of counselling and psychotherapy.
