Adele has worked as a Counsellor with Employment Service Providers including The Salvation Army Employment Plus, MTC Australia, and People Plus Australia, providing professional services to people aged between 15 years and 64 years, from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She has also worked as a private practitioner with Hillsong Citycare providing counselling services to both students and other individuals. Adele currently works with NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors, as an Early Childhood Counsellor. Adele is a registered Clinical Counsellor with The Australian Counselling Association, and is a Registered Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and a Registered Careers and Specialist Counsellor with ACER, and can provide various clinical and vocational assessments.

Prior to becoming a Registered Counsellor Adele’s background was in management, administration, and customer service within various industries including Superannuation Managed Funds (15 years), Qantas Airlines (3 years), Playgroup Coordination and Pastoral Care (3 years) and St George Christian School (3years).

She provides psychotherapy and counselling in a broad of issues, including:
